The simple way is to play on a server for a very long time, get to know everyone there, get invited to join the clan if there is one, then get admin once asked. I know I don't hand it out to someone I don't know and I sure wouldn't hand it to someone that's never been on my servers. Take my advice, go play and stop posting. Sitting here all day isn't getting you anywhere.

Could always rent your own server and be the uber-admin. $1 a slot here for a private server.
