lets say i want lvl 10 and d persons name is sepi do i do dis?

amx_shsetlevel *10* *sepi*

or

amx_shsetlevel 10 sepi

also is it the name of the steam account or the name that i see in the server? like the one u change in options? because i tried working with it and it didnt work.
