Ok, I'll try to keep it simple for us here on these boards!!

1: How do you plan on having a server? Are you home hosting this or are you going to rent it?

2: Quake sounds can be downloaded from the "Custom Mods" page on this site... Mods.Counter-Strike.com - Counter-Strike Skins and Mods (Zombie Mod, RPG, No Block, Mani Mod) for 1.6, Source and Condition Zero.

It is then installed into the corresponding folders on the server.

3: Servers only require a domain if you plan on using stats like Psychostats or HLStats, and then Fast Download or Sourcemod/bans.

4: Most, if not all, mods have a read me file with install instructions or a link to a web page with install instructions.
