thank you Heidymus, i see that when many bots appear in one time in a place the models polygon increase very fast,so i think it 's the reason.is there a solution to increase fps? or it 's because of the game?
can video card solve this problem?if yes , which video card is compatible?

i have read a tutor:How to Host Counter Strike 1.6 Multiplayer LAN Server with AMX and MetaMod
It does not matter whether you have a graphic card or not, but what you really need is a good Processor and RAM
In the game if you press a key then that goes to the main processor instead of the GPU - Graphical Processing Unit
If you are hosting a dedicated server or listen server, no matter how good graphic card you have, you server may lag. This is because of the processor or RAM.
i don't know this tutorial is true or not , ?i see that the priority of the game in task manager is 50 % may i have to buy a better processor?
