There is also a new league going by the name of Online Sports Entertainment League (OSE). It seems really awesome, my friend told me about it and when it debuts in early July I'm signing my team up for it. When searching for the league in steam community groups, type in----> steamcommunity dot Com / groups / oseleague. The page gives links to the website and it's a good way for you to find out what's going on with the league. I also believe they are hosting a last man standing competition starting this Friday, the 27th. So go check them out!
