I want to add that it is perfectly legal in servers and even leagues to have the crosshair size changed. Here are the sizes to give you an idea.

Medium = 1000

Large = 800

Small = 2000 (most players prefer this)

Ok, now that you have a smaller crosshair it might be just a little harder to see. So, brighten it up. Type this in the console “cl_crosshairusealpha 6” without the quotation marks.

The default setting is 1 for your reference.

After setting these you might want to bring down your mouse sensitivity since you are moving a smaller
crosshair. Most players move it down just about one whole notch.
