Yeah, I am getting the same error for a map I am making. Scoutzknivez_Rommel, it is a recreation of the Urban Terror Rommel.

I get the error after I try to run the map in CS 1.6:

Fatal Error
Missing frame 0 of -1cstrike_we4al

Can anyone help?
