well if you want to download mani admin to your server the mod most servers use i suggest going into you control pannel then going into your game modes and click the drop down bar and find mani admin plugin do not downlaod the one that says if mani admin has stoped working

to give admin just go into your file manager cstrike/cfg/mani_admin_plugin/admin list.txt click the drop down bar and clock edit then erase the steam id already there and put your own then save restart your server go onto your server and put in consel bind i admin and you should be able to get the mani menu up hope this helped
