all the server company's do is own dedicated server boxes, whose only function is to run counter-strike servers. this guide is exactly what is done when you click "install" in your control panel, except when its done by the control panel, its done automatically. this is how to manually install things.
remember, you can do this for any mod, like cssdm. do it the same way you install mani, put cssdm_mm in your metaplugins.ini and there ya go
