MLG for Amateurs
So MLG hosts amateur tournaments and ladders on a site they own called GameBattles: The World Leader in Online Video Game Competition . They also have ladders for CSS, currently there are only 3 teams (lol)... But i suggest people check it out, they also host ladders, tournaments and doubles ladders and ladders for Europe for many games for many different systems...

PS: Its 100% free!! (unless u want to join the MLG Pro Curcuit or other major tournaments..)
