what is the size the image needs to be to display inside the scroll bars at the welcome screen....the image is way to big right now....

my server ip is 8.6.75.85:27015 in source if you want to check it out...

in photoshop i made the image 2.75" tall by 4" wide, in the script i put:

using photobucket to host the image......for gods sake if anyone can help me with this id greatly appreciate it, if you dant have a clue, dont reply please, i hate this server cfg crap enough as it is...thankyou.
