I always find myself uselessly getting killed while taking out a nade, but in the meantime I would've had plenty of time to line up a headshot, or at least coverfire...
Don't get too crazy with nades, you're rifle/smg/pistol are your best friends in the game. I only use flashes to counter flashes, smokes only in matches to give cover from snipers ( IE: when running up long A, and crossing by mid/ct spawn ).
God, I can't count how many wasted deaths I've had trying to switch from a nade back to a gun... Thank god I got rid of that habbit.
