Ordered on the 01/01/07 I received the email today with the instructions and account info But the email itself is missing the actual URLS
for example -

as you can see the actual URL is missing. and my username is also. Ive submitted a support ticket but nobody has replied
the account was registered with the email address

anyone got any ideas... ohh and ive also tried the control panel URL that does not work with my username and password either.
