You probably don't have the map on your computer. You have to change your config file where it says "sv_allowdownload" to "1", if it's not.

If it's already set to "1", then it might be that the server itself doesn't have that setting at "1", therefore it doesn't allow you to download the map for yourself. In that case, you have to download it yourself from a site (or another server that allows it).

Also, at times, the server maps may not match your local maps and disconnect you from playing giving you the error message "Your map does not match the server's map". In that case, just search for another server that has the same map playing.
