Go into the adminlist.text
/cstrike/cfg/mani_admin_plugin/adminlist.txt

STEAM_X:X:XXXXXX // Ashi (That allows me access to everything. Do not FORGET TO PUT SPACES BETWEEN THE // AND STEAM ID.) but I used the counter-strike.com mani control editor in control panel. SO MUCH EASIER!! I swear a total newb could use it with just some minor reading. Though I'm a computer nerd so

BTW if you have a problem with adding people ingame using client options. (type admin press 9 you'll see something called client blah) I'm starting a thread for that since it save when I set that stuff.
