I've been really impressed with the support I've received considering how late my tickets were put in (10 minute response times at 1am!). I am an IT consultant for some small-to-medium sized businesses and my job weighs heavily on response time. So I know what it means to have fast support and you guys have nailed it spot on! I must say my server is running exceptional with 30 people too. I've had horrible service for the last few weeks on our old server with gameservers.com and I am definitely not disappointed with my decision to switch here.
