well you don't always need to be on stealth, reasons being it slows you down and you can't be agile to avoid bullets. For me, the only time i use stealth is when there are like 2 players left on the map and every single sound matters. Even reloading.
Aside from that, if you want to be the silent killer of your team, I will suggest the TMP + the USP and a couple of flashes. HE grenade's up to you. Put on your usp silencer and you are off on a killing spree. The TMP's silencer is super good, but it 's just that it has only 30 low-damage bullets, so be sure to aim for the head when using the TMP. And you can take your time to do it because your opponent will be wondering where that bullet came from. He can't hear where you are as long as you are about 5m away.
Another thing; your TMP can't aim that far, so you have to be careful. Avoid long-range showdowns and try to be in the dark to conceal yourself. Play smart too; use the flash if your opponent's coming your way. He will be down even before he knows it
