first things first noone can connect to that ip address except for people on your LAN network, you are connected to a router of some sort so you need to go to myIPaddress . com and get your real WAN ip address then copy can paste that address on here so we can get onto it, also add the port at the end,my server looks like this

86.13.200.116:27015
