Ok this is post if for everyone, in order to become an admin on your server you have to tell me what kind of mod you are using...
You have two choices...
1. AMX MOD
2. ADMIN MOD
Here are the directions to becoming an admin in AMX MOD:
1. Go to your users.ini file.
2. At the end of the file insert this line:
"your ip" "your password" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "de"
3. Change where it says your ip to whatever your ip adress is....
4. Change where it says your password to whatever password you want..
Example of what i will use:
"22.22.56.321" "bob" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "de"
This is how it shold look in your users.ini file
5. Save your users.ini file and restart your server... when you log in you already have rights to all commands on your server....

Now OPTION NUMBER 2 IS ADMINMOD
1. Go to your users.ini file and at the end of the file put this code in:
your name in the game:the password you would like to use:81919
2. Where it says to put your name in the game its the nick that you use...
3. Where it sasys your password its whatever you want....
Example:
bob:great:81919
4. Save your users.ini file and restart your server...
5. Enter your server and in order to login as an admin on your server type this in your console which you open by pressing the ~ mark...
admin_login your password
Example that i used was
admin_login great
