Q: I'm getting the error message "Error verifying STEAM UserID Ticket" and can't connect to servers.
A: You'll need to log out of Steam and back in. This is different from closing Steam and reopening Steam. Make sure you know your steam username on your account and your password.
1) Right click on your Steam Icon at the bottom right of the taskbar.
2) Click on "Settings."
3) Click "Log in as different user..."
4) You'll be logged out and you'll need to sign back in with your username and password.
