Umm, for starters, where'd you get "v and w" from; take those out for a start. And mine is the same, try looking through the plugins.ini file and take off the ";" from ;telemenu.amxx and the ";" from ;restmenu.amxx
These will enable them both so you can teleport and restricweapons. - Also restmenu.amxx might auto disable Autobuy/Re-buy previous... not sure if it does on AMX Mod X.. Never activated them.
If this dosen't work, then your AMX is broken!
