Have you downloaded the full AMX, and added to your CStrike/Addons folder?
Have you setup your config files, read instructions on how to install AMX?

but the main qyestion is... Why would you want AMX Mod over a LAN? Why not just use RCon? Not like hackers will get in unless you set it to internet aswell?
