I watched your YouTube video. I think the problem is merely a 'spawnpoint overload' which i define when one spawn point spawns you(or someone) and instantly spawns a different guy/bot. There are not much spawn point to spawn all your specified players. To fix this, I'll ask you to add less bots in your map. Every map has its own player capacity, and if you spawn more, one will spawn over the same coordinate that of the other.
If you played Unreal Tournament the something similer to this is the 'telefragging'. See if the problem reoccurs when you add lesser bots to your game.
