about 70% of my kills are headshots i use this to help... type this in the console
cl_crosshairscale 400000 it makes ur crosshairs really small but it helps me get headshots.. also in the options menu make ur crosshairs transuculent
and also.. everytime u change somethin in the options menu, ur gonna hav to enter cl_crosshairscale 400000 again
