Yo fellow counterstrikers!

i installed CS 2 days ago, and got it to work. I was able to play a few games as well, and enjoyed to play it (again) very much

. But at some point a server changed map, and my game completely shut down.

Since then i've been trying to connect to an internet game, but it fails all the time. At the ~90% mark it says "parsing game info", and then it just completely hangs. I have to ctrl-alt-del to close the program.

Does anyone have a solution for me?

Things i tried already:
- different servers in different countries
- freeing up more diskspace
- changing firewall settings
- Steam troubleshooting faq
- checking this forum (7 pages or so
